Greetings to my Congregation, and fellow residents of Windsor Borough!!! Doc Annie will be handing out candy for Halloween this year, and hope you have a chance to stop by and get your treats!!! Windsor Borough candy handouts will start at 6pm on Monday, October 31st, 2016, and continue to 7pm... I look forward to seeing All your Awesome costumes!!!
